We start each OEM or private-label project by confirming the filling product, required capacity, bottle dimensions, neck and closure. Existing bottle models are recommended where suitable to reduce development time and practical MOQ. New tooling and sample development are evaluated when an existing model cannot meet the approved specification.
Aluminium Bottle Manufacturing at Our Cixi, Ningbo Factory
Our approximately 8,900 m² production base operates with around 95–120 employees and about five production and finishing lines. Key equipment includes impact extrusion presses, trimming machines, washing and drying equipment, internal coating lines, curing ovens, printing machines, necking and threading machines and leak-testing equipment.
Impact Extrusion and Trimming
Aluminium slugs are formed into seamless bottle bodies by impact extrusion. Trimming controls bottle height and prepares each formed body for washing and subsequent finishing.
Washing, Coating and Curing
Formed bottles are washed and dried before the specified internal coating is applied and cured according to the approved packaging application.
External Finish and Printing
Surface colour, finish, logo printing and other decoration are completed against confirmed artwork and approved sample requirements.
Necking, Closure Matching and Packing
Neck and thread dimensions are formed and checked with the specified closure before final inspection, protective packing and export preparation.
Quality Control for Aluminium Bottle Performance
